However, your insurance may offer out-of-network mental health benefits that could facilitate insurance reimbursement for a portion of the therapy rates you pay. We can provide a superbill for the services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement if covered.

Accepting or not accepting insurance reimbursement has been a challenging reflection for New Game Plus Therapy. Here are some personal thoughts that have led us to not currently accept insurance.
Out-of-network services allow us to avoid the need to diagnose you, which can sometimes create challenges despite their potential benefits. This approach also ensures the privacy of your mental health information, as it won't be shared with your insurance company. Additionally, clients have the freedom to choose a therapist that truly fits their needs, rather than being limited to those who only accept specific insurance plans. Clients also enjoy the flexibility of therapy rates without restrictions on the number of sessions, length of sessions, or frequency of sessions, and can request a superbill for insurance reimbursement if desired.
